Memberships are billed automatically on the same date each month through Boulevard using the card on file. You'll receive a reminder before each renewal. There are no hidden fees — just the flat monthly rate you signed up for.

Yes — memberships can be cancelled at any time. Simply contact us or manage your membership through your patient portal. Services already included in your current billing cycle remain available through the end of that period.

Monthly services don't roll over — we encourage you to use them each month for best results. However, life happens. If you need to pause your membership, contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade between Refresh, Renew, and Revive at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Just contact us or update through your patient portal.

Charter Members sign up during our launch period and lock in a discounted rate permanently — as long as their membership stays active. The charter rate is $129 for Refresh, $269 for Renew, and $449 for Revive. This pricing won't be available after our launch window closes.

Yes. The Botox allocation in Renew and Revive is distributed quarterly. Your monthly fee accumulates toward your quarterly Botox session — so by month three, your Botox appointment is fully covered. We'll schedule this with you in advance.

Not required, but we highly recommend it — especially for Renew and Revive members. A consultation with Lorie ensures we build the right treatment plan for your skin from day one. Book one at no charge before or alongside your membership signup.
