Memberships are billed automatically on the same date each month through Boulevard using the card on file. You'll receive a reminder before each renewal. There are no hidden fees, just the flat monthly rate you signed up for. Can I cancel anytime? Yes, memberships can be cancelled at any time. Simply contact us or manage your membership through your patient portal. Services already included in your current billing cycle remain available through the end of that period. What happens if I miss a month? Monthly services don't roll over, we encourage you to use them each month for best results. However, life happens. If you need to pause your membership, contact us and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier? Absolutely.
